EO LAC Bridge Chapter LLC (“LAC Bridge”, “we”) is a non-profit chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization, established in the United States, with members across various countries in Latin America, the Caribbean and the rest of the world.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to our website, the member portal, registration forms and the events we organize.

We collect the information we need to manage membership and organize our events:

  • Event data: registrations, dietary preferences, accessibility needs and your SLP (companion) data when you provide it.
  • Payment data: processed by third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers.

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • Manage your membership and give you access to the portal and EO’s global network.
  • Organize events, accommodation, transfers and experiences.
  • Communicate with you about the chapter’s activities, forums and news.

As a US-based organization with members worldwide, your data may be processed or stored in countries other than yours, including the United States.

When we transfer data from regions such as the European Union or the United Kingdom, we apply recognized safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.

We keep your data for the duration of your membership and for the additional time needed to meet legal, accounting or rights-defense obligations. Afterward, we delete or anonymize it.
