EO LAC Bridge is an Entrepreneurs’ Organization chapter for entrepreneurs who live in — or have a stake in — Latin America and the Caribbean. We bring together founders and leaders who share one challenge: to grow, and to grow their companies, alongside peers who understand their context.

Like the hummingbird, we are made to fly high in a competitive environment and find our own path to success.
Legend has it that within every EO LAC Bridge member lives a hummingbird.
It isn’t visible at first glance, but look closely and you’ll notice the agility with which we move between ideas and the speed with which we make decisions that transform the world.
Like the hummingbird, we fly in every direction, adapting gracefully to the currents of change. We know when to move forward, when to pull back, and when to reinvent ourselves to keep pace with the market.

Within us we carry its tireless energy: we feed on new knowledge, experiences and relationships, and we change the color of our feathers to shine in any circumstance.
Rooted in the potential of Latin America — fertile ground for entrepreneurship — we dive deep into every niche, drawing the nectar from each opportunity and learning from every experience.

Just as the hummingbird strengthens every flower by carrying its pollen, EO LAC Bridge members leave a mark by nourishing and transforming our environment, creating a cycle of mutual growth that enriches companies, people and communities.
We exist so that every LAC entrepreneur finds a safe space to share real challenges, learn from peers and transform — in business and beyond. We’re guided by four values we live every day as members.
More than principles, they define who we are and what unites us. They are the values EO members live by every day around the world, and at LAC Bridge we put them into practice at every event.
George Gan (EO Malaysia, from the then MyEO Asia Bridge Forum) sparks the idea, and Antonio Reséndiz (EO Querétaro) takes on the challenge of uniting members from various chapters across the region in the MyEO Latin Bridge Forum (LBF).
The first events kick off in cities such as San Juan, Cartagena, Galápagos, San José and Mexico City.
With the support of Jamil Atallah (EO Bogotá, Regional Governance Chair) and Iván Navarro (EO El Salvador, then LBF President), the effort to formalize the forum begins.
The goal: to establish it as a chapter duly affiliated with Entrepreneurs’ Organization.
The LAC Bridge Chapter is officially born.
Learning Wednesdays are born — something unique among all chapters worldwide: each week a speaker shares with the community.
